1. Install the bridge — run the MSI (Windows) or .deb (Ubuntu). prestod auto-starts and a first-run wizard opens.
2. Approve your web origin — Presto is deny-by-default. Add your app’s origin and pair it to get a bearer token.
3. Register a printer — give it a stable alias mapped to a transport (TCP 9100, spooler, or USB).
4. Print — from your page, open the WebSocket, auth, then print.raw (ZPL) or print.template. Watch the job move queued → sending → sent → printed → encoded → done.
